Instant Idli Mix 500g
Idli, a south Indian delicacy, is traditionally made by steaming the fermented batter of rice and udid dal, making it healthy and easy to digest. The best breakfast dish or even a main course, idlis are relished with sambar and chutney. Rice Idli Mix gives you an unforgettable journey of South India at home in minutes.
Ingredients Required:-
- Instant Rice idli mix
- 2.5 cup/500ml water,
- 1.5 cup/250g curd, beaten, oil for greasing
How To Cook:-
- Add 500ml water and 250g curd to Idli Mix to make a smooth batter
- Set aside for 5 minutes. (If you do not have curd, replace it with 1/2 cup/100ml water.)
- Slightly grease the idli moulds with oil and pour the batter
- Steam for 15 minutes or till done
- Serve hot with Sambar and coconut chutney
