Dosa is often pronounced or spelled as dosay or dosai. Dosai is a thin flatbread with a crisp netted texture. Traditionally Dosa is made by soaking rice and urad flour in curd & then into a thin crepe. It is usually served with chutney and sambar, often eaten for breakfast, dinner, or even as a snack.
3. Then add 1.25 to 1.3 cups water or add as required.
